Conflicts, whether between individuals or between interest groups, have always the potential to cause disruption, which can impact negatively on business workflows. Emotional or irrational aspects often play such a major role among those involved that the actual causes of the conflict are driven into the background. In such a situation the best thing is to employ an outside and neutral person as an arbitrator, to avoid escalation, produce compromises, and remove misunderstandings.

In our capacity as well-trained mediators, and given our wide experience of executive personnel management in companies in Germany and abroad, we can provide help and support in these circumstances. We can help to make controversial issues more objective and to produce solutions which are viable for all parties. That is a much less expensive way forward than allowing internal company conflicts to escalate and then coping with the consequences.
