Search and selection of specialist and managerial staff

Before we begin a search for suitable applicants, whether by direct approach, an advertisement in a publication or other medium relevant to the post, or a combination of both, we start by doing the preliminary work required. We gain a proper impression of the real working environment, discuss how the job concerned will fit into the organisation, and what the successful applicant’s prospects are as a result, and work with the client to analyse not only what the job requires, but what is actually expected of the future employee. From this information we develop a job specification, which will tell the applicant what the job consists of and what conditions he or she must fulfil, while serving as a benchmark for assessing the applicants.

We conduct searching interviews with suitable candidates, to examine not only their professional expertise and social skills, but to discover how they see their future career. The result of these interviews is a report to the client, containing an assessment of the candidate. This report will then provide our client with a basis on which to decide whether to continue the interviews under our supervision and assistance. We provide further support when it comes to fixing salary, designing a contract, or familiarising the successful applicant with the post. Both clients and applicants value our approach, where the focus is on the individual.
