External personnel management

It is nowadays a widespread practice to outsource that part of personnel management which involves wages and salaries administration, but even when this is done there remains a considerable administrative load in the company. We offer a service which goes one step further and will take over all details of personnel management for such staff as the company designates, from the time they join, to the time they leave.

In concrete terms, this means handling all correspondence with insurers, health-insurance funds and official bodies, issuing employment contracts and certificates, managing holiday and sickness lists, and managing travel expenses if desired. We formulate legally effective warnings if required and, in collaboration with our partners, prepare the appropriate steps required under employment law. We will draw up intermediate and final references and will answer any questions which staff may have.

In addition to wages and salaries administration, we will undertake all the administrative work which encroaches on staff time in the company and is often seen as an unwanted side effect. In us, moreover, staff will find professionally qualified contacts who can deal correctly and promptly with their questions.
