About B.I.P
B.I.P. was founded in 1994, as a “classical” Human Resources consultancy. Even then, because of its founding members’ professional experience in international personnel management, the firm’s work focused on recruitment to positions of cross-border engagement.
In handling commissions, and in integrating new staff into organisations with branches in different countries and corporate Headquarters outside Germany, questions involving employment and social-security legalisation often arose, as well as issues of salary setting and salary administration. Since the requisite knowledge was available at B.I.P., its range of services was extended to include this area.
In this way B.I.P. also became a contact on issues which might arise in handling co-determination rights, in closing parts of companies, or in determining legal forms when opening a German branch.
Today, at both a national and international level, we can offer our business partners a range of personnel services which covers nearly all the areas relevant to successful personnel management. Our customers and their needs remain the focus of our work.
