Service portfolio
Our services accordingly cover a broad and equal range: recruiting specialist and managerial staff, undertaking a company’s entire personnel management, or acting as consultants during organisational restructuring. If there are conflicts within the company or between its staff, we will act as mediators, seeking viable and sustainable compromises to avoid costly and performance-reducing arguments. In legal questions our partner is a well-known legal practice specialising in industrial and employment law.
Business partners
Our clients come mostly from small or medium-sized businesses which, given their own personnel resources, are limited in their ability to cope with the increasing complexity of personnel administration. Particularly when requirements stemming from international business are involved, such as handling staff-recruitment or dealing with regulations under employment or social-security legislation specific to a particular country, we offer expert support and can avoid costly errors.
A further group of clients whom we assist are foreign companies with staff in branches which come under German law. Our clients see us as a partner working to reduce organisational involvement in personnel administration, and its associated expenditure, while ensuring that company decisions can be taken on a firm basis. Through our services we provide a response to the continuing internationalisation of the working world and the requirements which this imposes on our clients.
